Kord King 1 Year Limited Warranty
Kord King expressly warrants that 1 year from the purchase date, its products will be free from defects in
material and workmanship under proper and normal use. If there is a defect during the one-year period
that existed when the product was received, Kord King will fix or replace the product.
Kord King’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of, or the replacement of, any
defective products, or parts thereof, not to exceed the original purchase price. Shipment of the defective
products must be made to Kord King, freight prepaid. This warranty does not extend to any labor
charges for removal and/or replacement of the non-conforming or defective product or part thereof.
Kord King shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, nor for any expense or expenses
beyond the actual cost of repair or replacement of product under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage, defect or malfunction from any modifications or changes made by an unauthorized
repair. - Damage caused by improper use, negligence, abuse, or neglect.
- Damage from mishandling in transit, accident, fire, flood or acts of God.
- Consequential or incidental damage.
